What I think this was, I exited to main menu saving the game, activated the Fitness Stuff pack through the Marketplace (game did not do a restart), then resumed the game and clicked on the TV to try to do a dance workout. No pie menu appeared on the TV, so I then did an exit of the game and restarted and could do a dance workout.
