Hello! I also have the issue!
My Sims is a human teen I created in CAS, she lives with two other Sims (Alexander and Cassandra Gothik) who both can have the tarot prompts, but no matter what I do, I can't get her to have them too, that's quite annoying as I wanted her to be the tarot reader of the household.
I do have mods, but it's mostly cosmetics so I don't think it's the issue here, especially since other Sims have the option?
I am at loss about what to do, if anyone have a solution I would be very grateful 🫶🏻
Could you upload the Sim to your library and then place them in a new save for testing to see if they have the same issue.
This is to determine if it's a general issue with the Sim or tied to your save game.

I tried it out and she actually get the "use intuition" when I put her in another save!
So it's either something on the Sim or something to do with the other Sims in the household.
If you place them in their own household within the same save (try on a backup of your save), does it also not work ?

I tried as you said, putting the Sims's copy back in the same household. The OG one still can't use the tarots interaction, but the copy from the gallery can! So it is probably the Sims in herself who is faulty
