This moodlet has been popping up randomly on various Sims. It's shown up for Sims doing things completely unrelated to the new pack. For example: Liberty was just playing ping-pong with Summer in their home in Willow Creek, then went to bed and BAM! -- moodlet randomly appears. I'm quite unsure why she is thinking of Grim since she doesn't even know him! Is anyone else getting this bug?

I have been getting this bug as well. My sims have never challenged the Grim Reaper to anything.
I've been playing The Sims most of this day after yesterday's update and as I implied in the title, sims in my household keep randomly getting "Defeated Death" and "Supernaturally Skilled" moodlets for no reason. It already happened like eight times, I get at least one of these two moodlets a day. And yes, Grim's nowhere in sight. I'm stuck on my lot with my todlers and I certainly didn't challenge him lol. It's not game-breaking but it is really bothersome, especially when the "Supernaturally Skilled" tense moodlet overpowers everything else. Not sure how to fix it. The only mod I use is MCCC and I updated it yesterday before I started playing with the new EP.
Edit: Just wanted to add that I already tried repairing my game and it didn't work
