[LD] Reaper Career: Sims for cow plant event alive again after reaping

I was playing the Reaper career and go an assignment to reap sims who was victim to a cow plant in the small park in Mt. Komorebi.

There where 4 dead sims, laying almost on top of each other next to a hedge. I reaped them and I then interacted with the cow plant and after she refused some food I reaped her too (rip).

I then noticed that one of the sims I just reaped was standing where his body had been laying (where the other sims "fake" urns where). He had the red Dead text above his name but was obviously alive. 

It didn't matter to me since I had managed to complete my work tasks, but I guess a bug non the less. I didn't try to interact with him or anything, just traveled back to HQ.

 When I googled it I found other simmers talking about this as well, but they had the alive sims with the Dead text before doing the reaping. So they could not complete it.

So I'm reporting it from my perspective of it happening after I had already reaped the sim. Just to hopefully never have it happen again, and especially not come across it with the dead sim being alive before I can reap them.

Hopefully others who have had an alive sim with the Dead text when playing the career will see this bug report.

I play on PC with no mods (or cc)
