This is still an issue. For me going to manage worlds didn't fix anything, neither did reloading the save. It happens every time hallowed ground flickers lights on both pc and Mac for me. It looks like saves were requested at some point but not sure where so I'm attaching a save and a video

You have to change the light color/intensity every time the light flickers with hallowed ground lot trait. The lights color is unaffected by regular seances without hallowed ground. Supremely annoying.
