[LD] Hallowed Grounds effects stay after removing the lot trait

I had the Lot Trait “On Hallowed Grounds” enabled. I disabled it by replacing it with another lot trait. However, even though it’s disabled it’s still acting as if the lot trait is enabled. For instance, game objects that require electric won’t work, the lighting won’t turn on, etc. When you click on an object it says “the power is inexplicably out right now” which is from the lot trait “on hallowed grounds.” I had my Sims travel to another lot/world and come back to their home lot and that didn't fix it. I completely exited the game and logged back in and that didn’t work either. I also made sure my Sims bills were paid, and they are. So… I’m not sure why it’s happening?

Sim is frequently getting scary decór moodlet and getting scared as a result however the moodlet's description says "A pleasing environment can put a sim in the mood", which is clearly for a different emotion.

Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing ?
    • Could you post a pic of the moodlet you get ?
