[LD] Memorial Portraits No Longer Generate Image of a Sim and Show Up Blank

This is happening in my game too. It's so disappointing. I use these in game all the time and now there are saves I can't open because I won't be able to continue the tradition.

I've had the issue with not being able to take graves out of the crypts aswell, although I've been having that since the pack launched. It seems to be linked to certain sims, as some sims can take some graves out and not others, and other sims can take other graves out. My current legacy heir can take out his fathers urn, but not his grandfathers. His sister can't take out any graves. It's weird, but in a way I can understand why it's doing that.

The same thing has happened in my game.  I'm doing a test save today (due to my game crashing due to taking pictures in game, so no point in playing for real) - so I just killed my sim and dedicated her memorial portrait, it's blank and white.  No image has been generated.

The "In Loving memory" photo frame is only showing as blank after a deceased sim has been selected. I have tried for multiple available sims and all have the same result. I've also purchased another frame from build buy and tried that one and tried resetting the object. So far nothing works

Im on windows laptop, no mods or cc. Game has had all the most recent updates and has been repaired 

It worked one day then didn’t work the day after, so I’m not sure if it was a one time thing, but it’s definitely happened at least once for me.
