[LD] Non-ghost sims can refill needs at Guardian Tree

Despite the restriction in the quest description, non-ghost sims who have completed Alice's Sorrow can Refill their Needs at the Guardian Tree.

    I noticed this myself. It was unclear if the bug is the ability to fulfill needs while alive, or the description that claims you have to be a ghost.
