[LD] Non-ghost sims can refill needs at Guardian Tree

I noticed this myself. It was unclear if the bug is the ability to fulfill needs while alive, or the description that claims you have to be a ghost.

I guess I did not read the description clearly enough when I had a sim do the quests and she was able to refill her needs at the tree too. Pretty sure I had her there doing something else another time and she was able to refill her needs again. I thought it was a permanent reward that could be used when in the area.
