My sim has a Bucket List item of "I'm going on one last amazing run!" which requires you to "Go jogging for an hour at a park". She jogged for about an hour and 45 minutes in the National Park of Granite Falls, and the bucket list item is still there, unsatisfied.
Addendum: a more than one hour jog in Myshuno Meadows also did not satisfy the Bucket List item.
