[LD] Reaper: No Dead/Witness/Has Plead Sim on the Lot

Started the reaper career and I’m supposed to determine the cause of death of a Sim who isn’t on the lot? I’ve tried to locate the deceased sim several times but there isn’t one on the lot Edit By ...
