Started the reaper career and I’m supposed to determine the cause of death of a Sim who isn’t on the lot? I’ve tried to locate the deceased sim several times but there isn’t one on the lot Edit By ...

I'm playing the Grim Reaper Career for the first time, and when my sim went to a lot to practice on Kenny, no one was there. Granted, the lot was empty: i.e., no house, just a normal empty lot, but I would have thought that the 'deceased' would at least be laying on the ground. Except there was nothing. I tried 'locating the deceased' but it didn't do anything.

I closed my game and reloaded hoping that would help, but I got the same problem.
