[LD] Sim can't discuss Fear of Death/Discuss fear of horse instead

My reborn Sim has the fear of death trait, but the discuss fear option is not showing up on either elders or ghosts. At this point she's befriended several ghosts and elders, but it just never comes ...

I'm having similar issues as mentioned here since I bought the extension Life and Death. Never had this before. I own all the extensions except the small packs.
