[LD] Sim can't discuss Fear of Death/Discuss fear of horse instead

My reborn Sim has the fear of death trait, but the discuss fear option is not showing up on either elders or ghosts. At this point she's befriended several ghosts and elders, but it just never comes ...

I’ve had this happen two times where when I have to discuss my fear with somebody else (this has happened with the fear of death and fear of being burgaled) the text prompt has appeared as “discuss fear of horses”. It still works like the regular text prompt and gets rid of the fear, but I just wanted to report it. I don’t even have the horse ranch pack so I know it’s not because I have 2 fears or something.
