[LD] Sim can't discuss Fear of Death/Discuss fear of horse instead

My reborn Sim has the fear of death trait, but the discuss fear option is not showing up on either elders or ghosts. At this point she's befriended several ghosts and elders, but it just never comes ...

I'm having the same issue with my vampire sim. Cannot discuss fear of death with elders. The fear IS in the wants panel. This sim has 2 other fears though, so maybe they're conflicting??
