[LD] Sim can't discuss Fear of Death/Discuss fear of horse instead

My reborn Sim has the fear of death trait, but the discuss fear option is not showing up on either elders or ghosts. At this point she's befriended several ghosts and elders, but it just never comes ...

Still can't discuss "Fear of Death." My Sim has tried with numerous elders, some ghosts and with Grim (he has a Death Flower) with the option never showing up.
