[LD] Sim can't discuss Fear of Death/Discuss fear of horse instead

My reborn Sim has the fear of death trait, but the discuss fear option is not showing up on either elders or ghosts. At this point she's befriended several ghosts and elders, but it just never comes ...

Getting this too, I go the fear of Death went to talk to a ghost, and... nuthin. If i remember right it should be under Deep Thoughts? but i have checked under all the categories and can't find it

Edit - Bernard showed up to busk, and (after moving him to the busking station due to another bug) the option then showed up. and after it showed up on him, suddenly it appeared on Johnny as well.
