When you get a pop-up to tell you that a Sim in a former household has died, it gives 3 options - delete inventory, move inventory to form a household or have inventory remain with ghost.
If you choose move inventory to form a household that doesn't work, it only lets you delete or remain with ghost.

- What exactly happens when you choose the move inventory option ?
