Same here. I do have Life & Death. The dying sim is my played sim's father, an elder probably dying of old age. I have been trying to select move inventory to former household inventory (he lives with his wife who is not yet an elder). He has left some heirlooms in his will to his wife and some to his daughter, who is the sim I'm currently playing. Not sure if there is some sort of complicating inventory issue going on because of that.
