Hi!
Could this be tied to the "move to family inventory" prompt? Here's why I'm asking - in my last gameplay a Sim that lived alone in a household I play died and the prompt didn't repeat after I selected delete inventory. I visited the lot where the Sim died and the lot was vacant. The Sim shows up as deceased in the family tree and the Sims that knew him mourned the ususal 2 Sim days. The prompt never repeated the entire time I played after the Sim died.
When the Sim didn't die in the other households, they had household members still in the home when the prompt pops up.
