Issue
On my event save, my Sim was at the library and suddenly decided that she needs a will so she created one, on her own.
Repro Steps
- Make sure there's a computer available
- Wait for the Sim to create a will on their own.

I've noticed a variant of this, meaning i play with autonomy off, but i've been to libraries (Willow Creek and Strangerville) since the last update and 2 townies have created wills.
