[LD] Sims autonomously creating Wills

I've noticed a variant of this, meaning i play with autonomy off, but i've been to libraries (Willow Creek and Strangerville) since the last update and 2 townies have created wills.

This is not restricted to YA - Elders either. I've had multiple teens create wills autonomously, which would almost make sense if they were Gloomy, Macabre, or Chased by Death. Like the main report mentions, it happens anywhere there's a computer that can be accessed by the the sim
