I built a motel as a business and one of the activities that customers can do is "Watch TV". Somehow they only watch static TV and Edith keeps showing up, making my Sims customers faint. It's relentless and really annoying for the gameplay.
It would be funny if it would happen once in a while, but why are the "customers" only watching static TV?

Community ManagerI don't have the module that summons Edith, but the televisions in my households often play a scrambled picture as if the sync is not working correctly. I am playing on a PC with Mods and CC removed.
Each Edith instance adds an Edith to Household Management.
The same thing happened to me yesterday and today while playing in Williw creek on a residential lot with a small business. Small business with an activity "watch TV". No cc, no mods. Mac platform. The lot was built in Willow creek and I never visited Edit playing this household. This happens only with the customers. My Sims are doing something else.
Thied to place "no ghosts" sign - did not help at all
My sim's sibling whenever they come over won't stop putting on the static channel causing, Edith to spawn and scare everyone
