My sim automatically watches static television, and sometimes also pees herself because Edith shows up. F.e. When she is cooking, she stops cooking to watch static television. This is on a lot in the new World, Ondarion.
I use MCCC, so I also tested without mods. It is still the same. Sim goes cooking, stops cooking and watches static television.
This just started happening to me in one of my rotation families (it might have started last time, and I didn't notice). This sim is a romance consultant and needs to research on the computer, but she keeps stopping to watch static TV again.
She had the bored moodlet due to the static TV. I tried selling the TV and buying a new one, but it didn't work. I traveled to a library to do the research. She no longer seemed obsessed with the static channel when I came back.
