What level is your Sim currently at? Still at one?

I came across this forum as I to am experiencing the issue of not having the "Return to Office " prompt.
I'm playing no mod/ no cc.
Level 6 Reaper
Went to a reap soul standard mission, completed everything except Return to office.
When I select my Sim no Return prompt is available
Any recommendations?
I tried saving and reloading to the point of restarting the day and going to work and the same issue occurs every mission.
