I keep getting the error cod 102:502fc384:6fbb7277. I have done everything I can think of to fix it. I have repaired the game, turned mods off, deleted my mods, I even uninstalled

my game and reinstalled it just for me to lose everything and it still not work. I have wanted to play my sims but haven’t for months. Really want this fixed please my life is boring without sims
