Hello, same here, twins, pre-patch toddlers, no mods. Maxed movement skill before the patch.

How did you max it out before ? Did you use any cheats ?

Hi there, pre-patch toddlers who had already maxed their Movement skill, which they achieved through normal game play, I did not use any cheats or mods. I will note that they started out at Level 2 of the Movement skill upon aging up to toddlers due to their infant achievements.
My best guess is it’s a sequencing issue. The Learn to Run milestone doesn’t appear until you’ve achieved other Movement milestones first, but by the time you’ve done that, the toddler has already maxed the skill with their actions and can already run, so there’s no learning event to trigger the milestone. And then the Maxed Motor Skill milestone is linked to Learn to Run in the same way. - travnickovalui3 days agoNew Spectator
Hi, no cheats, maxed before the patch.

So I was able to get the Learn to Run milestone to complete by cheating my toddler’s movement skill back down to 3. Once she hit level 4 again, I had her “Run Around” (click on the toddler while they’re the active sim to find this option) and the milestone completed. Going to try the Maxed Movement Skill next!
If you don’t want to use cheats, make sure that once you reach Movement Level 3, you immediately teach the toddler to dance (I’ve only ever been able to complete the Learn to Dance milestone by having an adult sim teach the toddler) before they reach Movement Level 4.
Pretty sure toddlers have to Learn to Dance before they can Learn to Run, and they have to Learn to Run before the Maxed Movement milestone will appear or complete. If you try to do them out of order/not at the correct skill level, they’ll be “stuck.” (Same thing will happen on the Thinking milestones, you have to Study Shapes, then Study Numbers, then Study Letters/Teach Spelling as you reach each level of the skill.)
This link was helpful, shows what skill levels the milestones go to and the skill cheat is at the end of the article:
