Thank you for trying to help. As I mentioned in my reply,
I removed BE, but I was unable to recreate the exact LE since I believe it is something that is occurring outside of my actions. I did, however, receive a new LE from my attempt to recreate it, but I think it will have to be reported in a different post.

I already removed BE. This text that I pasted was the original LE that I originally attached to the bug report. I was unable to recreate the LE that first occurred, but instead got a different LE, which I have then reported in a different post.
I misunderstood the part where you said you re-posted it in another thread and just saw that this was still modded so it seemed that you had other mods than BE still in the game.
Going to lock this for now and let CM decide if they want to move this to the mods forum or not.
