For the Military career, you have to monitor other sims.
The listening device isn't working. The sim raises hand and cancels out the task. I have no mods installed into my game. I've turned the game off and on again and the issue remains.
I've moved the device around the room and outside it doesn't work. I've even deleted the given device that you receive when the sim has reached level 7 -Conspiracy Squelcher and then repurchased a new but the problem remains.
