I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue related to the “Stately Estate” lot trait and the “Happiness Bought with Money” moodlet, and I’m curious if others are seeing the same thing.
From what I’ve observed, this issue does not depend only on the active lot. It seems to occur as long as either the lot or the Sim has the “Stately Estate” trait.
In my case, the lot I am currently playing on does not have this trait. However, when a visiting Sim arrived who appears to have this trait, the issue started immediately.
Repeated notifications related to the trait began appearing, and the Sim kept performing celebratory actions such as setting off fireworks. These actions repeated continuously and interrupted normal gameplay.
When I switched to play that Sim, the issue became more noticeable. Notifications appeared very frequently, and the Sim kept queueing actions automatically, making it difficult to control normal gameplay.
This makes it seem like the trait effect is not being limited properly and can carry over between Sims and lots.
I also found a similar report about repeated notifications and property value increase and decrease related to this trait, posted about a month ago in the bug reports section. This makes me think the issue might not be isolated.

In the last screenshot, the Sim shown is the one who has the trait. She invited my Sim to a ball, and the issue started as soon as she arrived on the lot.If anyone else is experiencing the same behavior, especially when the trait exists on either the lot or the Sim, it would be helpful to compare.
