[LLQE] Regal Romancer: Multiple Notification about Property Value drop/increase

Being spammed, and it isn't even a trait on this lot/household! Stop the spam, and confetti already!

I have been playing a Disney Legacy challenge and it has completely ruined it 😞 removing the trait didn’t work, kicking people out of the household/evicting the household to somewhere new hasn’t worked, I’m seriously considering starting a brand new save file and losing hours of playtime. Please tell me there’s going to be a patch!!?

It seems removing the lot trait worked, like others suggested. Not sure that is a 'fix' but it did stop the loop 

This is happening to me as well! If I reload the lot it seems to fix it for a while, but it eventually comes back even after removing the lot trait!

Ihave the same issue! Did you figure out how to fix it? 

I am getting it/this even when it is my other active household (but claiming it is the current household) that has it. This Lot Trait is buggy for sure.

I keep getting back-to-back "Household property value is above/below $250k" notifications. Every time I get the notification, it locks my Sims into a happy/confetti action or an angry/cursing action, before triggering the opposite notification and action. Every adult sim in my household was stuck in this loop, except the infant, which was almost taken away due to neglect because of the sims locked in the loop (whose needs were also severely low). 
No mods or CC, with all packs.

Moved a Sim from a household that had the Regal Romancer lot trait active. The Sims who live on the lot with the Regal Romancer do not get the notification but my sim who moved out from the home with the lot trait, into another house without the lot trait, is plagued with these notifications. It's about every 10-20 second it plays and she does the celebration animation, and it stalls actions. I've had to avoid playing that Sim because it is driving me nuts. Hope to see this fixed soon!

I have been having an issue with my teen and adult sims frequently throwing confetti.  I see no moodlet to explain it.  It seems to have started after either the royal release or the update.  It happens all of the time with no explanation while my sims are carrying on day by day activities.  The one notification I do get is that the deed of the house is >$250k, and then immediately after, it drops <$250k.  And it happens almost continuously to go back and forth (see photo with notifications).  Also my queen and king sims keep having the purple exclamation mark above her head but again, no obvious moodlet. I have no mods.   I use Mac computer to play.
