[LLQE] Regal Romancer: Multiple Notification about Property Value drop/increase

And it is spamming my notification bar. 

I have this bug too, I don't use any mods outside of the in game cheats and I've been playing my current save file for about 6 hours. It didn't really start until I made an item an Heirloom item. 

Done.

I'm also having these annoying popups and confetti animations. But for me it says $25k (I play on pc, mod and cc free game with all packs, already deleted cache and repaired my game and this did not help )

This Happens every 30 sec. or so, it's driving me crazy lol
