[LLQE] Regal Romancer: Multiple Notification about Property Value drop/increase

My current save- when I log into it- keeps getting the notification that my household property value has dropped below 250k and needs better care. Then 5 seconds later there is a new pop up that says the property value is over 250k. The head of household is stuck in a loop where confetti comes over their head when the positive notification comes and then a negative reaction happen with the bad one but over and over and over rendering my game unplayable. 

I have mods off. Have had them off this whole save. 
I play on a Macbook Pro 
I have 'repaired' my game 

I am getting the same bug except at 50k and I never had the Regal Residency on my lot. I just improved the Cordelia's Secret Cottage lot in Henford-on-Bagley and went to live mode. I don't know if it has something to do with inviting a guest to the lot and would also like to note one of my sims inventory is glitched and not counted as owing the item. I had said sim place the items in the world and the selection to pick it up was greyed out with the explanation that my sim did not own the item.

So all of my sims are constantly getting confetti over their heads then stomping the ground like they're mad and a notification that claims their lot cost over 250k keeps notifying me every 15 seconds. its constant. Anyone else having these issues? 

Same issue, even if the Regal Romancer trait is not on the played lot. The trait is on the Thebe lot in Ondarion. I'm playing with their daughter in Henford-on-Bagley and I suddently get the pop-ups in loop. I also got moodlets for all the family members related to this lot trait despite it is not applied to the lot in Henford-on-Bagley.

No mode. No cc.

Same thing in my save. Taking the trait off or moving houses doesn't stop it.

i have this i took the lot trait off and it still keeps on popping up with no trait on the house and if the sim is doing a task or something they won't be able to do anything until they complete the confetti.

Yeah I started having this issue as well

This is also happening to me, even after I removed the lot trait.
