NMV. Misunderstood the report.

This bug is also happening with skillful sleep mastery perk. When a sim is actively skillfully sleeping the notification spams.

Can be fixed by removing the lot trait and exiting build mode.

[LLQE] Moodlets for Regal Residence Lot Trait despite it being removed | EA Forums - 13200093 

Same issue, but the lot trait is not even on the lot of the household I play. Moved in a Sim from a household where the lot trait was applied and she gets stuck in the value drop-value rise animation loop all the time.

Removed the lot trait, it didn't change a thing, the bug is still happening.

No mods, no CC.

Edit: Also, every household member has the "money buys happiness" regal residence moodlet, despite the moodlet never having been added to their lot to begin with, and despite it now being removed from the lot the new sim moved in from.

I wasn't having an issue with the new lot trait till my home value went over 250k. Every few seconds, these notifications keep reappearing.

I have another bug that I just noticed. The Regal Residence Lot Trait seemed like a great trait to have since throughout my many playthroughs I always end up with expensive furniture, so I decided to try it out. As soon as my property value reached 50k though, I kept getting the same popup about it over and over, and my sim won't stop repeating the confetti throw animation. Definitely a huge bug here that should be looked into as soon as possible.

This also seems to be triggered when using skillful sleep. I'm getting it on a Lot in Ravenwood so it's not confined to the new location. Actual home value is over 250k. 

The Regal lot trait is unusable for me because I continuously get the same message (over and over) about the value of the property and it won’t stop😩 

I applied the Regal Residences trait to my house and when using skillful sleep the notification that says her lot is now worth over 25k keeps popping up every 25 mins or so and when she wakes up she gets stuck in a celebrating loop which can only by rest by debugging her
