why is this still being ignored? you literally cannot play the game because of this, this is an insane amount of time to wait for it to be fixed

Lee81Mellor not sure what you mean. I have no influence on what EA fixes as I'm a player like you.
There are others that have this and the best you can do is upvote the bug
