I haven't tested any other lot types with property bills, but plain residential lots are not showing charges for property values. I'm on PS5 and have all packs and some maker packs. I made a new save and just built the house from scratch.

I'm seeing this too. The Lot tax seems to be missing (new and existing saves)
I'm on PC. No CC. No MOD. New saves. The lot tax is not displayed.
Out of curiosity do y'all still receive bills of the usual size or has life just gotten a lot more affordable?
I can confirm that I see this too, but it appears to just be missing from the preview. I played through until my sims got their bills, and when they came, they did include property taxes.

Vs what they saw when they looked on the mailbox (before the bills came).
I'm playing on Windows, game is up to date as of the June 30 patch ( PC: 1.125.59.1030), mods folder was removed after updating (and is still out) and I have all the packs and kits.
