[FR] Lot taxes showing as §0 (Residential Rentals)

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Please choose a thread tag for either mods/cc removed if you tested without or never if you don't use any
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Do they show on the Bill information panel ?

crinrict​ Hi, I will have to start a new save to test if it happens without mods. I will get back to you. I play on pc and no they don't show on bills panel.

crinrict​ here is the bills panel and the bills message they are not right as he owns the building and therefore should not pay rent. It is marked as rent in the bills but lot taxes in the message. In this save I moved my sim into a plot and downloaded a ready made for rent from my gallery. I will test again by building a for rent on my normal plot after I convert it to residential rental, this is what I did in the first picture posted. this amount is still nowhere near what the amount was before the update and basically still only shows the taxes on the rental property.

It is just the same if I start with a normal house then build a rental. No mods of course. It is still not right though like I said he is the owner he shouldn't be paying rent. He should be paying lot taxes a lot more than the rent. I will try in the morning with my mods try see if it is one of them. I only use 4 mods so should be easy.

I put my mods back in but the bug didn't happen this time. It was still showing as rent in the bills panel and lot taxes in the message, but as I said he should not be paying rent he owns the building, oh, and in case I never mentioned it his house and the rentals are all on the same plot. Also the amount is nowhere near what he should be paying. This only happened since the last update where they supposedly fixed the taxes for the rentals.

Is this only for r-rentals or are lot taxes also off for normal residential lots ? 

If it's for r-rental only, please make sure to add the proper pack tags to your title. Please also add a thread tag for your platform. 

I have all the game packs except vampires and weddings.

That's not what I meant. If this is about Residential Rentals, please add [FR] to the title of your thread. Please read the stickies on the side for more details.

crinrict​ So I played through another week on a new save in a normal property and the bills are fine it shows as lot taxes on both bills. It appears to be only doing it in residential rentals, so only they are bugged now and were not before the update. I have absolutely no idea how to add pack tags. I have most game packs and hardly any of the stuff packs.

Instructions for thread tags

1. When creating a thread, you add a tag in front of your title as per this list/instructions: General Information About The Bug Reports Forum | EA Forums - 4965007.
2. It does not matter which pack you own. It matters which pack the bug you are reporting is from. So for an issue that only affects residential rentals, you add [FR] to your title (I did it for you now but going forward, it would be very helpful if you do it yourself)
