I've installed the game for the first time on my windows 11 PC a week ago and noticed none of my sims got the corresponding moodlet for the Loves the Outdoors trait.
How I reproduced it:
- removed mods folder
- deleted localthumbcache
- deactivated all packs so it's base game
- created a new save
- created a sim and took it to a park in Willow Creek
