[LS] Attraction level always neutral/Turns neutral

Sims in my Relationship Panel never show an attraction level and if I click on a Sim and go to Relationship->View Relationship, my attraction level is always Neutral, never Attracted or Stongly Attra...

Yes, I use attraction level at least once every play session, so when I checked my 30 or so sims in the relationship panel and found that all had a neutral attraction, I knew something was wrong.

  I meant more the turn on/turn offs actually.
