What do you mean exactly by you don't have any date actions ?
I have an X on the date timer to end it. I'm referring to the "Date Actions" category in the conversation wheel that should be present on this style of date. I should have the option to "End date cheerfully", "End date abruptly", "Ask to extend date", "Ask to change date venue", etc. and those are not present.
First picture is the date timer, which I could use (but don't want to as I'd like to end the date cheerfully), second, third, and fourth pictures are the conversation wheel missing the "Date Actions" category. I have also included a link to my save file.

This looks like a standard date though. Not the Create a Date from LS. I don't think these options exist on standard dates.
This was not a standard date. It is a LS date. The male sim asked the female sim "ask to create a date", not "ask on date". When setting up the date, I chose the date events of romantic interactions, physical intimacy, and woohoo. If this was a standard date, I would not have had the opportunity to choose the date events. I also received the LS style date reward for a gold level event, a cherished memories portrait. If it looks like a standard date in any way, then that is part of the bug I am reporting.
