Ever since the last update from late February, 2025, my “matches” for my sims have all disappeared and I can’t save anyone new.
I have all packs/kits, except Bust the Dust and don’t use any cc, or mods. I’m on PC.

I am also having this issue. My sim opened CC the next day only for me to find that all the saved matches were completely gone. Alongside the game breaking issue of getting gallery sims from CC, the app itself is honestly unplayable for me at this point.

Same. Only affecting one household. Other households can save matches.
3-24-25 / I’m not sure if they fixed it, but I switched to the Sarong family in Businesses and Hobbies and I was able to do it normally with her. I need to go back to my old household and test it out again. I have a vanilla game, no cc or mods

Me too! It looks like they are being saved, but the saved tab is empty.
Mac user, very minimal, non invasive mods. When I start a new game it will work for awhile but eventually cupid corner breaks. (In the very first few game days) Very frustrating not to be able to meet anyone this way. I can see them and refresh matches (usually refreshes automatically upon reopening which is also not intended behavior) but because they never save, they cannot be added to contacts rendering it completely useless.
