Ever since the last update from late February, 2025, my “matches” for my sims have all disappeared and I can’t save anyone new.
I have all packs/kits, except Bust the Dust and don’t use any cc, or mods. I’m on PC.

My Cupids Corner app wipes all matches besides the one Gallery option when I re-enter the game. It also wipes out all the sims I have saved besides the gallery options.
I did have some create a sim mods so I tried without them and it still happens.
I'm also having this issue. At first I could only save 1 match, and then now I can't save any matches. I disabled my one mod, and it still happens.
I didn't have the pack back when the update mentioned at the top of the thread, when I purchased it I could save many matches (I hadn't realised what the limit was, and don't think I hit it). At some point, I think after the last update (maybe?) I couldn't add any new sims to my saves at all. As stated above, it looks like it's added someone, but there's no one in the tab.
