I want to clarify that I never got around providing a save because by the time I had figured I had to do it, and how, I had moved on so much with the game that I couldn't figure out which households had been affected and where they were. Sorry about that. I am also using the Cupid's app way less so I can't really comment on whether or not the issue is gone. I did at some point suspect that at least part of the problem could have "simply" come from a corruption in the name database (so that feminine names were assigned to males or viceversa), but this is a wild speculation on my part.
