[LS] [GRO] Dynamics getting reset

I use premade templates quite a lot in my custom world (built with TS4 Household Tool from denton47). I noticed after I recently updated to the most recent patch that my Family Dynamics weren't being applied. I tested a modless save and found that Family Dynamics were not being applied in vanilla either. I used the Michaelson family to test (premadeHouseholdTemplate_Ep13_BayArea_Michaelson)

Yes, I have noticed this too, none of the family dynamics I set apply, when making a household in CAS. But this has been happening I think since R&L or longer for me.
