Would just be interesting if you get it when loading into any household, even on a new save or a certain one. The LE mentioned the matchmaking service. Is one of your Sims from cupid's corner ?
Okay, I figured out that it's just the one household. No LE is created for another household. These sims are not generated from the dating app. Could it also be due to the rented house? :o
Try moving the family to a new house and see if it occurs there.
If it doesn't try another family that didn't give you the error before on that lot.
I have removed all households, except for the active household, from the rental apartment building and placed them back where they were. Now no LE has been created. Did the game have a hiccup?
I also remember now that I had dated two Sims from the rental house of a household, oh ... 😅
Could have been something that needed to correct itself after removing your mods/cc.
Going to put this on resolved for now but please come back if the error comes back.
