[LS] Partner's satisfaction bonus isn't being calculated correctly

A Sim's partner's satisfaction bonus isn't being calculated correctly based on the partner's own preferences (it is using the other Sim's preferences instead).

This issue was discovered by Tyjokr, a great modder who has been tackling the entire relationship system heavily and released fixes in many mods. The issue being reported here is specifically on how Relationship Satisfaction is being handled.

There's a few issues occurring in the moment, so please, whoever is dealing with this report, to actually pay attention to the issues being mentioned, as this is all in the same files being done in the XML side of the game code.
