Saw this in another comment and thought I would let yall know that it works. If you add the problem sim to your household, they immediately switch to the edited version you made in CAS. You can just shift click to remove from household afterwards :)
That doesn’t work for me. I had the male sim move in with my original sim I made and he still won’t change outfits. I’ve tried everything.
