When my Sim creates a date or asks someone to create a date, there are no tasks. I exited to menu and back then exited game, restarted the EA App and restarted the game. Nothing works to get it back. The sims are put into a timed date with no tasks to complete to earn 'points'.
Started today. I have no mods installed. Never had sims4 mods.
Edit By Crinrict: Removed crashing thread tag. Crashing means that your game closes. Also added pack tag.
I'm having the same issue. Repairing didn't help. It's happened to multiple sims in the same save, but I haven't tried a different save file yet.

I noticed last night when I was playing, and I waited to report until today in case closing and re-loading the game fixed the issue, because the Create A Date had been working fine and just suddenly stopped working for me that evening. For me, I click Create A Date, the panel comes up to show which Sims are going on a date, it goes straight to select a location, and then it starts a date with a timer, but no activities. The panel to select activities is missing. I've attached some images that hopefully show there isn't an activities panel during the date creation process. I play on PS5.
