Platform: EA App
For me anyway, last three recent packs (LD, LS, FR) are missing the giftbox icon that shows I have access to the early buyer items. All packs were bought before the date specified for these items (hence why they are in my game) but the giftbox icon does not show like it does for the others.

I also have this issue, but with Horse Ranch, For Rent, and Lovestruck. I know it's something incredibly minor because I have the items and it's just a little icon, but it really bothers me.
I'm also having this issue on my sister's account. first early incentive packs have the tags but the latest ones have nothing

-Did you preorder these packs, or did you purchase them after they were fully launched?
-Did you purchase your packs directly through the EA app, or did you purchase a third-party code?
-Did you start having issues after a specific patch, or have you been having issues since the DLC launched?

Here is a screen grab, I know it's no big deal as I actually have the preorder DLC, but it does not show the little orange package icon on the DLC like it does all the others, even thought its in my account...
Hey all!
I'm also experiencing this issue today after redeeming codes I was gifted for Adventure Awaits (one for the pack and one for the early purchase content - bought seperately) by a friend who bought it on CDKeys since you can't gift through the EA App.
I have bought every other pack through the EA App, and this is the first one that does not display the icon for the early purchase content, so my assumption is it's related to not purchasing directly through the EA App?

Like the others above, I have the actual three early purchase items in game so it's not the end of the world; but the missing icon issue does bother me, so I hope this helps in getting to the bottom of the issue!
