The Sims 4 suddenly broke. At first, I thought it was due to a mod, so I removed all mods and custom content, but it still didn't get fixed.I want to solve this problem as quickly as possible, so please help me. I plan to buy the DLC and I have the balance, but since Sims 4 is broken, I can't play even if I buy it. I want to resolve this before the summer sale ends.
I'm having the exact same problem, sorry that I can't help but just to let you know you're not alone! Literally have no idea how to fix it..... have a 10 generation family save file that now I can't access??!
I am having the exact same issue, I am doing the Not So Berry challenge and I am on the Plum Generation. I was literally playing yesterday and everything was perfectly normal and running well. Then, I go to come on today and it won't open the save so I relaunched the game and mine now shows the same screen as yours, claiming I have no games but I definetely do.

I'm sorry, I am the only one who has recovered. I personally don't understand the recovery method either, but I took out the saves file, started a new game, and then put the saves file back, and it worked. I don't know if everyone can resolve the issue this way, but good luck!
