Since it says it's for residential only, I don't think you can apply it to r-rentals. I think if you're playing R-rentals you have them anyways in some form ?
Ok so just to clarify, that lot trait challenge is NOT applicable to Residential Rental lots by design? I guess, I am confused because I've been searching online and most of the guides/FYI's say it can be applied to Residential Rentals AND Residential lots. Or am I misinterpreting what I'm reading? I'm sorry, I'm just so confused.

I avoid residential rentals myself so frankly not sure. I thought maintenance was just part of r-rental life anyways. Maybe just try if you get any ? Be aware that they don't work properly atm though
