Makeup section grayed out for toddlers

Like the title states, after the latest update the makeup section is grayed out for toddlers only. It wasn’t like this prior to the latest update. I use mods and cc and the makeup section is how I ...

i have the same problem, like its not greyed for infants but is for toddles?

Yep! It works for both infants and children in my game. It's only the todds it won't work for.
